Carolina Home Stay is unique from other firms in the home care and assisted living profession. CHS follows a professional recruiting process which has proven to be extremely successful for over 35 years. This organized approach ensures that clients have an opportunity to be matched with individuals who suit their needs at the highest level of performance.

Process:

1) The process begins with an in-person meeting to understand your needs and specific requirements.

2) This is followed by the development of a position description which outlines the parameters of the job.

3) We then draw upon over 35 years of recruiting expertise to find and match the right person(s) to introduce to you for your acceptance.

4) An agreement is signed between us which covers the details concerning time, work and financial expectations to avoid misunderstandings.

5) The successful candidate(s) start and CHS follows up to ensure everything is working out as planned.

Everyone will get our best effort with an "attitude of gratitude".

At the request of our clients:

Administrative: Financial matters are time-consuming; some are confusing. It helps to have someone you trust handling Medicare and insurance advocacy; monitoring, paying bills, or preparing information for tax purposes. There is relief in knowing that things are in order and no one is able to take advantage of you or a loved one.

Organizational: Tracking doctor and other appointments; prescription pickup; handicapped and wheelchair transportation; grocery shopping; meal planning and preparation; housekeeping and laundry; helping with personal safety and security in the home.

On the fun side: Trips to the mall, movies or senior citizen center; general concierge errands and activities, etc..... Isn't it nice to have someone bring happiness, smiles, enjoyment, stress relief, and trust into your life?

In the home or a facility:

Our "angel" caregivers will stay with your loved ones as many hours as you need them - full or part of the day or week. We will provide services in your home but if you are concerned about a loved one in a facility, let us be your eyes and ears there also.

Our services are based on your needs because that is the only way we can serve you and "pay it forward".

While we may appear to specialize in the aging adult, we are willing to serve all ages, perhaps a child or young adult recuperating from the hospital or someone with another special need.

IF WE ARE NOT RIGHT FOR YOU, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO FIND THE RIGHT SERVICE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

WE HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN OUR HANDS. THERE IS NOTHING MORE NOBLE THAN THE WORK OF TAKING CARE OF SOMEONE ELSE OR BEING GIVEN THE PRIVILEGE OF DOING SO.
